Common questions

Parlor is currently in early access. Founding members get full access during the early-access period at no cost. When we open publicly, you'll be on the preferred pricing when we launch — we'll always give you advance notice before any charges begin.
Absolutely. On the Studio plan, you can have up to 6 staff members, each with their own login, schedule, and lead assignments. The Multi-location plan has no staff limit. Each artist sees only their own clients and calendar unless you give them broader access.
Yes — Parlor connects directly to your Instagram Business account via the Meta API. DMs appear in your Parlor inbox via Meta's official API, and you can reply without switching apps. Story mentions and comments are also synced.
Parlor connects with Stripe for deposit collection. When a client books through your booking page, they pay the deposit amount you've set. The money goes directly to your Stripe account — Parlor never holds your funds. You can also manually record cash or transfer payments.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Supabase/AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We take privacy seriously and handle your data with data protection as a core design principle. Consent forms are stored securely and can be exported anytime. We never share or sell your data.
