Payment information
Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Your data is stored securely on servers located in the Asia-Pacific region (AWS ap-southeast-1). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel with multi-factor authentication.

- Service providers who help us operate Parlor (hosting, email, analytics)
- Payment processors for billing
